Therefore, the tough task of Retrofit of the Dominican Convention & Cultural Centre Building was assigned to S&I Engineering.

This is a marvel of S&I, where a 120,000 SFT precast concrete building, originally built without any lateral forced resisting structural system, was retrofitted in compliance with ASCE 7-10.
